This sets the two local oscillators (9.75 \/ 10.60 GHz) automatically. If it is set to &ldquo;standard&rdquo; or &ldquo;single&rdquo;, the high band will not tune.<\/p>\n<h2>13\/18 V: Auto<\/h2>\n<p>Leave on auto. The receiver switches voltage to select polarity.<\/p>\n<h2>22 kHz Tone: Auto<\/h2>\n<p>Leave on auto. The receiver adds the tone to select the high band.<\/p>\n<h2>DiSEqC Port<\/h2>\n<p>If you have a DiSEqC switch, set each satellite to the matching physical port (1, 2, 3 or 4). If you have one LNB directly, leave it off.<\/p>\n<h2>Transponder List<\/h2>\n<p>Usually you do not edit transponders manually. A scan fills them in. Only edit them if you are adding a specific known frequency.<\/p>\n<h2>When to Change Anything<\/h2>\n<p>Leave the defaults alone unless you have a specific reason. The default &ldquo;universal + auto&rdquo; works on 99% of European setups.<\/p>\n<h2>If You Suspect the Settings<\/h2>\n<p>Set LNB type to universal, power on, everything auto, and rescan. This clears most mysterious &ldquo;missing channel&rdquo; problems.<\/p>\n<p>LNB settings are one of those menus you set once and never touch.
